The Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (LIP) is opening an international selection tender for one position – Assistant Researcher - to carry out research in the scientific areas of Computing, Space, Detectors and Instrumentation for Particle and Medical Physics, in the framework of the Agreement- Programme “Procedimento Concursal de Apoio Institucional” (articles 17, 19 and 28 of the Scientific Employment Regulations - Regulamento do Emprego Científico - REC) – 2nd edition, signed between FCT and LIP.
The candidate will be hired under a non-fixed term work contract (maximum duration 6 years), pursuant to the dispositions of article 6 (1) (b) and article 7 of the Decree-Law no. 57/2016 of 29th August, updated by the Law nº 57/2017, of 19th July and to the Labour Code, under its current reading.
